Pork chops in one piece (CH) from Oklahoma-Joe, our big one

Niedergar-BBQ, potato gratin. The starter is grilled goat cheese marinated in honey and rosemary, garnished with a green salad. The crowning glory is a chocolate terrine with apricot sauce.

If you would like to spend the night with us, you can do so for CHF 48 in the tourist camp. A rich brunch is included in the overnight stay. 

Weather permitting, we will light an August 1st bonfire at nightfall. (if the weather permits). Out of consideration for nature and animals, we do not use fireworks! You are welcome to bring volcanoes with you.
