With us you can simply let your soul dangle and absorb the peace and quiet. You can let yourself be pampered by our fine delicacies while comfortably reading a book in the beach chair or on the deck chairs.
From here you can visit the Kunkelspass or the SAC Ringelspitzhütte and explore the climbing gardens there.
For something more ambitious there is the possibility to climb the Calanda and along the Calandagrad encounter the chamois and ibex. This approx. 8-hour circular hike will reward you with wonderful views of the valley and unforgettable memories.
Activities from Eggwald
Visit St. Martin by bike from us. Drive over the Gigerwald dam, which has a maximum height of 147 meters then along the beautiful Gigerwald reservoir to St. Martin, where you can get a cool refreshment or something nice to eat. From here it goes up again to the Sardona Alp, where you will be greeted warmly.
There are also a variety of hiking opportunities in the Calfeisental.
If you want to experience some history, there is the Drachenloch Museum in Vättis, the "the mountains tremble" room or something very special, the Parnassia print shop , where you can experience old-school book printing.
The thermal baths in Valens also invite you to relax.
